There’s no excuse for what happened today, but with the US government always involving itself (too) deeply in the affairs of other nations, this kind of thing was bound to happen. It’s just so sad that it’s always innocent people who suffer.

But please please please Mr Bush, don’t go and drop a bomb somewhere to show your power!
