Yahoo News: CNN International accuse les medias americains d'avoir failli a leur mission

Chris Cramer, president of CNN International has accused other American networks of their failure to explain the world to American TV viewers who sit stunned today at what happened on September 11th.

He accuses them of the worst journalistic crimes by failing to cover international events, focusing instead on local weather, sports or reality shows. Making many Americans completely unaware of what is happening outside their borders.

CNN hasn’t been a bastion of journalism either, IMHO, but probably do better than many. (thanks Dimitri)
