As Microsoft has dropped IE for Mac and Windows users will be stuck with IE6 for at least another 3 years, here is an excellent idea in order to push things forward and attempt to avoid the dreaded Microsoft lock-in: develop pages that look good in IE6, while adding extra (but not crucial) functionality via CCS2/CSS3 for Mozilla/Opera/Safari users. Mezzoblue dubs it MOSe.
