PlanetOut: Forced 'conversion' of gays uncovered

A disturbing period in the dark past of British medical research has recently been uncovered.

In the 50’s and 60’s, in an attempt to "cure" gays, electric shock therapy, hallucinogenic drugs and other forms of tortures were used. All funded, of course, by the national health service.
